Pilates for Seniors
Description:Pilates is an inviting, safe and effective senior exercise program with six essential ingredients:  centering, control, flow, breath, precision and concentration.  Participants can increase muscle tone and flexibility, develop better posture and reduce stress.  It is an exercise that is more about mental than physical control and it helps ward off the effects of aging.  Instructor:  Jen Behan, senior pilates certified.
